1. Healthy paneer suji wrap

However, preparing paneer wraps at home in a healthy way can satisfy cravings and aid in weight loss. Follow these steps to make healthy paneer recipes for weight loss

Ingredients:

Oil
Cumin (Jeera)
Onion
Capsicum
Green Chilli
Paneer (100G)
Curd
Turmeric
Coriander Powder
Garam Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Granulated wheat (Suji)
Water
Eno

Steps for healthy paneer wrap: For Paneer Stuffing

  1. Take 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan.
  2. Cook oil for a minute.
  3. Now, add 1/2 tsp of Cumin (Jeera)
  4. Add, 1/tsp of onion over cumin into the pan.
  5. Cook it for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add 1 tsp of capsicum.
  7. Add, 1/2 tsp of green chili for a spicy flavor.
  8. Cook the stuff for 10 to 20 seconds.
  9. Add the main ingredient that is paneer, take 100 g of paneer for 2 wraps.
  10. After cooking the paneer for 10 seconds with other stuff, add 3 tsp of curd into pan.
  11. Now add the yellow king turmeric 1/2 tsp into the pan.
  12. Add, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  13. For tangy flavor, add garam masala and red chili powder.
  14. Cook it for 1 minute, wait for the stuff to try, and stir it continuously.
  15. Add salt to taste

For suji roll:

  1. Add, suji into a bowl.
  2. After adding suji add 2 t 3 tsp of curd into suji.

Ingredients:

Oil
Cumin (Jeera)
Onion
Capsicum
Mushroom
Caroot
Beans
Green Chilli
Paneer (100G)
Curd
Turmeric
Garam masala
Red Chilli powder
Chickpea flour (besan)
100 g of paneer

Steps for making Healthy paneer Sabji:

  1. Add 1 tsp of oil to a preheated pan.
  2. Sprinkle 1 tsp of mustard seeds on the pan.
  3. Add Cumin (Jeera) 1/2 tsp
  4. Add some vegetables like onion, capsicum, beans, mushroom, and carrot, as carrot is rich in fiber, or add your favorite veggies.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Now add 1/2 tsp of green chili for a spicy flavor.
  7. Now mix it well until the onion turns a light brown color.
  8. Add 1/tsp of salt.
  9. Add the yellow king Turmeric after salt.
  10. Garam masala makes the flavor tangy. Take 1 tsp of Garam masala
